ADIEU ASIFA

Humanity failed......yet again!

ADIEU ASIFA

Like most girls
She must have had dreams
In those big dreamy eyes
That at us now scream
Like most girls
She must have had wishes
Maybe a purple kurta
And two cups with those dishes
Unlike most children
This one had duties
She took horses grazing
Her brown and black beauties
But like most girls
This one too had trust
That was ripped to shreds
By some demons of lust
Now she lives in our prayers
And God's loving arms
Where nothing can touch her
No monster can harm
But those grasslands and vales
Where her ponies still graze
Will surely miss a girl named Asifa
Who now sadly, will never age
